We offer our services to those who wish to improve the range of motion in the spine, by targeting the muscles and joints of the spine.  Stretching can help to increase flexibility and reduce stiffness, which can in turn reduce back discomfort and improve overall mobility.

 

One-on-one assisted stretching is a wonderful way to improve your flexibility and release tension in your body. With the help of a trained Stretcholoigist, you can experience low-impact movements that will help you move through a variety of stretches and increase your range of motion. Give it a try and see how it can benefit your body!

We offer 45-minute and 1 hour sessions 

There is no such thing as an “ideal” amount of time that everyone’s stretch should take. There are many & varied factors at play that can change things significantly… from the exact stretch split being used, to each person’s individual level, need and goal.
